Making a Valentine’s Day bark dessert recipe is an easy go to for me because you can make a large serving quickly with minimal ingredients!

Valetine’s Day M and M Bark Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers

  • 1 cup butter

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 12 oz white chocolate

  • 1 cup Valentine’s M&Ms

  • Heart sprinkles

  • microwave-safe bowl

  • airtight container for storage

Valentine’s Day M and M Bark Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper / wax paper.

  3. Lay crackers out in a single layer.

  4. Melt butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring at 30-second intervals.

5. Pour mixture over crackers and work quickly to spread it evenly.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

7. While that is baking, chop white chocolate or melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler.

8. When crackers are done, remove from the oven, and spread melted chocolate over them.

9. Top the white choclate bark with M&Ms and sprinkles.

10. Refrigerate for one hour to cool, then remove and gently break the chocolate bark recipe into pieces.
